  Savannah which is called the Southern Belle of the Georgia coast, it is interesting, romantic, mysterious and interesting. For traveler who visits this place, it becomes favorite place for them. It was Georgia’s first city. In the year 1733 it was established. Of the province of Georgia, it became the colonial capital and afterwards it became the first state capital of Georgia. Today Savannah is an industrial center and an important seaport of Atlantic Ocean. It is the fifth largest city and the third largest metropolitan area.
Every year millions of visitors are attracted by the city historic buildings and architecture. The founder of the girl scouts of the United States of America, Juliette Gordon Law, and this place is the birthplace of her. In the historical buildings it contains the Georgia Historical Society which is the oldest continually operating historical society in the south, the Telfair Academy of Science and Arts building, which is the South’s first public museums, it also contains the First African Baptism church which is one of the primeval African-American British congregation. It also contains the temple Mick we Israel and the oldest standing antebellum, the Central of Georgia railway roundhouse complex.

 If we talk about the Savannah downtown area it includes the savannah historic district, 22 parks like squares which is the biggest National historic landmark district in the United States which is designed by the United States government in the year 1966 and the Savannah Victorian Historic district. For ailing competitions Savannah was hosting the Summer Olympics which held in Atlanta in the year 1996.

It contains the population of approximately about 296,000 people and their climate is warm and humid which is good for outdoor activities year round. Over all it is the good city to see where you can enjoy and you get rid from different tensions.
