Ski Dubai Artificial Snow Setting

Ski Dubai, a man-made wonder, is a 22,500 square meters place where a new concept of artificial snowing and skiing activities were being introduced. It is the ‘coolest experience to ever have’ in Dubai. It has a capacity to entertain 1500 visitors. The strange building is found at the Sheikh Zayed Road. Personal Events and birthdays are also arranged. It is located in Mall of Emirates equipped with the most modern technology at a height of 85 meters. It is the first indoor ski resorts in Middle east, giving opportunity as an amazing snow setting for ski lovers. 6000 tons of real snow is being kept at the area with a constant temperature which is between -1º to -2º C. It is being counted as the world’s 3rd largest ski slope which is indoor.

Tobogganing, snowboarding and skiing, people involve themselves in every snow-related fun they could think of! There is something for every age group, sex to enjoy. Throwing snow balls, making snow man or tilling in the snow are some of the other things that people do.

It has total of five slopes with variable steepness which includes a 400 m long run and also a long quarter pipe foe snowboarding which is 90 meter. 3000 square meter is Snow Park for non-skiers. The project was accomplished in 2005 by Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the maintenance of the project is under MAF Dalkia. MAF Group owns 51% of the company and the remaining is under Dalkia. Its operatios are being extended from earning and welcoming visitors to industrial cooling and aviation projects.
